I am a 40 year old married woman living In Turkey. Over the last four years I have rediscovered my love of painting and I want to be able to share my work with others and hope they enjoy looking at my art as much as I have enjoyed putting brush to canvas. I am a figurative artist whose predominant work focuses on the aesthetics of the female form in a contemporary style. Redbubble My work highlights the beauty of women of all ages and cultures in a unique manner. The paintings I produce embrace the curves, contours and gentility of the female body whilst evoking a sense of erotica. I also produce art covering a wide spectrum of other subjects: I paint, I photograph and I write. My art is eclectic in style and theme but my paintings tend to focus on the beauty and shapes of the female form.

Perfect Pink Bougainvillea In Blossom
Bougainvillea, also known as Napoleón, veranera, trinitaria, Santa Rita or papelillo is a genus of flowering plants native to South America.
They are thorny, woody vines growing anywhere from 1 to 12 metres tall, scrambling over other plants with their spiky thorns. The thorns are tipped with a black, waxy substance. They are evergreen where rainfall occurs all year, or deciduous if there is a dry season. The leaves are alternate, simple ovate-acuminate, 4–13 cm long and 2–6 cm broad. The actual flower of the plant is small and generally white, but each cluster of three flowers is surrounded by three or six bracts with the bright colours associated with the plant, including pink, magenta, purple, red, orange, white, or yellow. Bougainvillea glabra is sometimes referred to as “paper flower” because the bracts are thin and papery. The fruit is a narrow five-lobed achene.
Bougainvillea are relatively pest-free plants, but may suffer from worms, snails and aphids. The larvae of some Lepidoptera species also use them as food plants, for example the giant leopard moth (Hypercompe scribonia).

Osteospermum: Whiter Shade of Pale
Osteospermum plants originate from South Africa and the name is derived from the Greek osteon (= bone) and Latin spermum (= seed). Osteospermums belong to the daisy family ( Compositae / Asteraceae), hence their common names: African Daisy or South African Daisy, Cape Daisy and Blue-eyed Daisy. There are about 50 species, native to Africa, 35 species in southern Africa, and southwestern Arabia. They are half-hardy perennials or subshrubs. Therefore they do not survive outdoor wintry conditions, but there is still a wide range of hardiness. Follow the link to see all my Osteospermum: Whiter Shade of PaleThe modest, unassuming beauty of the daisy has a playful, childlike character that brings joy and happiness wherever it arrives. The many coloured options of the daisy provide ample opportunity to match this lovely flower to a specific personality. No other flower can match the daisy for pure joy. The daisy signifies innocence, I’ll never tell, purity, love that conquers all. Pink Oleander Blossom

Nerium oleander is an evergreen shrub or small tree in the dogbane family Apocynaceae, toxic in all its parts. It is most commonly known as oleander, from its superficial resemblance to the unrelated olive Olea. It is so widely cultivated that no precise region of origin has been identified, though southwest Asia has been suggested. The ancient city of Volubilis in Morocco may have taken its name from the Berber name oualilt for the flower. Oleander is one of the most poisonous of commonly grown garden plants.Click the links to see all of my Redbubble Oleander Paintings, Oleander Photography, Oleander Greeting Cards, Oleander Stickers, Oleander Tees,, Oleander iPhone Cases and Oleander iPads. -——————————————————————————————————————————————————

January Sunset, Akyaka
Akyaka is a coastal township with its own municipality in the Ula district of Muğla Province in southwestern Turkey. The town is situated at the far end of the Gulf of Gökova, at the start of the fertile Gökova plain, and is a rising center for international tourism due to its advantageous location and natural beauties. It is the first coastal town encountered on the busy road from the province center of Muğla to the better known resort center of Marmaris, and it comes into sight, along with a spectacular view of the gulf and the plain, some thirty miles after departure from Muğla at Sakar Pass, a favorite paragliders’ spot where the road descends from an altitude of 670 m. to sea-level in the space of a pine-clad section of a dozen kilometers along very sharp curves. At the base of the hill is the intersection to Akyaka.Locally and casually, erroneously and confusingly, the township of Akyaka is sometimes referred to as Gökova, after the name of the gulf and the plain, while there is also an inland township of Gökova neighbouring Akyaka, itself of visitor’s interest and whose intersection is slightly further ahead from that of Akyaka in the direction of Marmaris Follow the links to my full Gokova and Akyaka gift rangeClick the links to see all of my Redbubble Turkish Paintings,Turkish Photography, Turkish Greeting Cards, Turkish Stickers, Turkish Tees, and T-Shirts at Arttowear the links to see all of my Redbubble Environmental Awareness Paintings,Environmental Awareness Photography, Environmental Awareness Greeting Cards, Environmental Awareness Stickers, Environmental Awareness Tees, and T-Shirts at ArttowearFollow links to 3DRose for customizable Photography and Acrylic Art
