I am a 40 year old married woman living In Turkey. Over the last four years I have rediscovered my love of painting and I want to be able to share my work with others and hope they enjoy looking at my art as much as I have enjoyed putting brush to canvas. I am a figurative artist whose predominant work focuses on the aesthetics of the female form in a contemporary style. Redbubble My work highlights the beauty of women of all ages and cultures in a unique manner. The paintings I produce embrace the curves, contours and gentility of the female body whilst evoking a sense of erotica. I also produce art covering a wide spectrum of other subjects: I paint, I photograph and I write. My art is eclectic in style and theme but my paintings tend to focus on the beauty and shapes of the female form.

Protection From The Evil Eye - Boncuk
A nazar (Turkish: nazar boncuğu Old Turkic: gökçe munçuk) is an eye-shaped amulet believed to protect against the evil eye (“evil eye”, from nazar and “amulet” from boncuğu). The word “nazar” is derived from the Arabic نظر, “sight” or “seeing”. In Turkish, it is also called Munçuk.
It is a common sight in Turkey] where the nazar is often hung in homes, offices, cars, children’s clothing, or incorporated in jewellery and ornaments. They are a popular choice of souvenir with tourists.
A typical nazar is made of handmade glass featuring concentric circles or teardrop shapes in dark blue, white, light blue and black, occasionally with a yellow/gold edge.

Taraxacum Officinale Fruit
Taraxacum officinale, the common dandelion (often simply called dandelion), is a flowering herbaceous perennial plant of the family Asteraceae (Compositae). It can be found growing in temperate regions of the world, in lawns, on roadsides, on disturbed banks and shores of water ways, and other areas with moist soils. T. officinale is considered a weed, especially in lawns and along roadsides, but it is sometimes used as a medical herb and in food preparation. Christmas ResistanceYou know holiday shopping is offensive and wasteful. You know Christmas “wish lists” and “gift exchanges” degrade the concept of giving. You know Christmas marketing is a scam, benefiting manufacturers, stores, and huge corporations, while driving individuals into debt. You know this annual consumer frenzy wreaks havoc on the environment, filling landfills with useless packaging and discarded gifts.
Yet, every year, you cave in and go shopping. The relentless onslaught of advertising exerts constant pressure. So do the unified bleatings of herds of shoppers, who call you “Scrooge” if you fail to enthusiastically join their ritual orgy of consumption. Friends and family needle you with gift requests, store windows beckon with shiny colorful packages, the same “classic” holiday jingles are piped constantly through every speaker in town. the links to my full Christmas Cards and Christmas Themed Gifts and NoveltiesClick the links to see all of my Redbubble Christmas Paintings, Christmas Photography, Christmas Greeting Cards,

To Mum At Christmas Greeting With Snowflakes
The snowflake is often a traditional seasonal image or motif used around the Christmas period, especially in Europe and the United States. It represents the traditional White Christmas. During this period it is quite popular to make paper snowflakes by folding a piece of paper several times, cutting out a pattern with scissors and then unfolding it.Snowflakes are also often used as symbols representing winter or cold conditions.A snowflake is either a single ice crystal or an aggregation of ice crystals which falls through the Earth’s atmosphere. They begin as snow crystals which develop when microscopic super cooled cloud droplets freeze. Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Complex shapes emerge as the flake moves through differing temperature and humidity regimes, such that individual snowflakes are nearly unique in structure. the links to my full Christmas Cards and Christmas Themed Gifts and NoveltiesClick the links to see all of my Redbubble Christmas Paintings, Christmas Photography, Christmas Greeting Cards, Christmas Stickers, Christmas Tees,. -——————————————————————————————————————————————————

Aloe Vera Leaves
Aloe vera is a stemless or very short-stemmed succulent plant growing to 60–100 cm (24–39 in) tall, spreading by offsets. The leaves are thick and fleshy, green to grey-green, with some varieties showing white flecks on their upper and lower stem surfaces. The margin of the leaf is serrated and has small white teeth. The flowers are produced in summer on a spike up to 90 cm (35 in) tall, each flower being pendulous, with a yellow tubular corolla 2–3 cm (0.8–1.2 in) long. Like other Aloe species, Aloe vera forms arbuscular mycorrhiza, a symbiosis that allows the plant better access to mineral nutrients in soil for my full range of Daisies Wild Gifts, Novelties and CollectablesClick the links to see all of my Redbubble Aloe Vera Paintings, Aloe Vera Photography, Aloe Vera Greeting Cards, Aloe Vera Stickers, Aloe Vera Tees,, Aloe Vera iPhone Cases and Aloe Vera iPads.

Dove
In the Hebrew Bible, doves or young pigeons are acceptable burnt offerings for those who cannot afford a more expensive animal. In the book of Genesis, Noah sent out a dove after the great flood to determine how far the floodwaters had receded. “Dove” is also a term of endearment in the Song of Songs and elsewhere. In Hebrew, Jonah means dove. Jesus’s parents sacrificed doves on his behalf after his circumcision. Later, the Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus at his baptism like a dove, and subsequently the “peace dove” became a common Christian symbol of the Holy Spirit. In Islam, doves and the pigeon family in general are respected and favoured because they are believed to have assisted the final prophet of Islam, Muhammad, in distracting his enemies outside the cave of Thaw’r in the great Hijra. Daisy Day
DaisyThe daisy’s name comes from the Anglo-Saxon “daes eage,” or “day’s eye,” which refers to the way the flower opens and closes with the sun. The daisy is knows as a symbol of childhood innocence and is said to originate from a Dryad who presided over forests, meadows, and pastures. Roman mythological legend tells us that the nymph Belides, as she danced with the other nymphs at the edge of the forest, caught the eye of Vertumnus, the god of the orchards. To escape his unwanted attention, she transformed herself into the flower bellis, which is the daisy’s botanical name.
